According to a survey of 1,000 home owners conducted by Homestagers, 62% of people would consider spending a little money on staging their property beacuse they think it would it sell more quickly and/or for a better price.
41% would consider taking independent advice on the appearance of their property prior to putting it on the market and 44% said they were willing to stage their property themselves, but would like help and advice to tell them what to do.
